The restless wind
 

The darkening darkness of the horrid night

Strengthening the shadows to the greatest heights

 

The quietness of the scary sheet of silence

Torn by the screeching of the night birds and the owls

 

The distant howls of the wolves and foxes

The horrible sounds of the creatures strange

 

Movement of the mysterious

Beings of the night, all around

Their stealthy movements not seen, but felt and heard

 

The restless wind

Combing the trees

The clouds that blanket the moon

The narrow winding path that aimlessly wanders far and beyond

 

Off and Beyond the plains, the hills, and dales

The aimless soul of the zombie night is speeding by

 

Tomorrows’ is lies sleeping in the future's womb somewhere far away

 

Will be born to come all dressed in lights of dawn

And will sweep and scare the gloomy night away

 

The scrambling horrors, mystic beings, and the unknown presences of the night

The daylight comes, only to drive it all away into oblivion and out of sight

 

But sadly, the creepy scary dark and detested night

Continues to Live to end yet another day

 

Hiding in the mountain caves and crevices of gloom

Only to be back like a horrible curse, again at the end of another lovely day

 

The day and night,

Or is it night and day

No matter how, but anyway it’s the world's way!!
