YOU FORGET THE VERY TEAM THAT TOILED WITH YOU TO GET YOU UP THERE!!

You gloat in the glory, limelight of the success you have earned;  and the status and wealth that accompanied it.

You ignore them: their words: and advice.

Then, as you have no higher to move

– your arrogance and pride will slowly push you down

– the fall picks speed

– faster

– faster

: that even the team who toiled to move you up cannot help to stop you descend to the chasm of doom!!

Then back at the base camp

- once again you start your slow journey up, but this time: much more experienced and wiser

; but older and weaker and without your trusted team.

So, decide, ponder if it was worthwhile to play snake & ladder with one’s own career!!
